Functions and applications
It consists of two series of two rollers and four rollers. Four-roller leveler unit for middle and wider coils and plates is equipped with hydraulic AGC pressing down and rolling line automatic adjusting device, The work rolls adopt hydraulic anti- bending electro-liquid servo system. At the front device and rear device equipped with S roller, anti-crinkle rollers and anti-jumping rollers, which has the functions of automatic threading and easy operation. while computer on line control can realize constant extension, constant rolling force, constant roll gap, constant tension, etc.
